BOOKING CONDITIONS 

Prior to booking please ensure that you understand the following booking conditions:

REBOOT Physiotherapy accepts:

  • Private paying patients (with or without private health insurance).

  • NDIS clients - self funded or plan managed. 

  • Allied / Extended Health Care Plans through Medicare - full payment is made at the time of your appointment and the rebate processed for you. â€‹

REBOOT Physiotherapy does not accept:

  • ComCare - Commonwealth government workers compensation claims. 

  • NSW WorkCover 

  • Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

  • Third party insurance cases (motor vehicle accidents, work place insurance etc)

Checklist
Fees for private paying patients:  
- Initial Consultation / New Injury  (1hour) $210
- Follow up / Subsequent appointment (45min) $155
- Non attendance or cancellation within 4 hours = full fee
- Cancellation within 24 - 4 hours $90

Note rates for insurance and third party arrangements are different due to administration costs and delay in payment.
